We have reach the point where the argument of the left is that most of those detained to be deported are not even illegally in the country…

DACA aren’t being deported unless they have committed some act or crime that is deportable under US law for any alien including the legal ones and permanent residents. If they run and stay after being told to leave they are then illegally in the country on top of being deportable.

Also, DACA was an executive decree by one President that was renewable and not permanent outside of judges and justices who decided another president couldn’t stop renewing. Either anything Obama did is worshipped as the law even without congress or just because Trump said some “mean” things making rescinding it arbitrary and capricious under the Administrative Procedure Act (which still does not make it beyond rescinding).

You do realize that asylum claims can be denied, protections can be removed, and the seekers can screw up themselves and become deportable by not following the required rules to stay while asylum case decided. Those choosing to remain are then in the country illegally.

Immigrants on work visas that stay past visa dates and don’t receive extensions or have the extensions expire or get revoked are then in the country illegally.

You should learn the different ways any alien can be illegally in the country or become deportable.

The administration was offering payments and free trips for them to go back to their homelands. Voluntarily going back leaves open that they can apply for legal immigration.

It’s the left and their activist TDS judges that have prolonged detentions. Trump was trying to get gang members out in a hurry.

It’s also the left that is making the arrests so chaotic as well as putting the ICE officers under more danger than ICE is putting the illegals under. Arrests are only violent when left is involved/obstructing or the illegals resist including resisting violently. Many of the so called violent arrests have been political theater for the nearby cameras pushed or motivated by the left’s support and lies to illegals. The left has them believing they have a right to be here and fall under the same due process for deportations as citizens get for criminal arrests.

Different countries are only for those in terrorist gangs and/or cannot get sent back to their own country for various reasons which also doesn’t mean we have to keep them here.
