I know you are being sarcastic but Good lord it shouldn’t even be close to running out of fuel. But it is New Orleans.
It's almost like they are surprised when weather happens. Or that their job does not require that they be informed of things.

Pumps may be out, but statues are down. Hurray for NOLA...

S&WB will call them operational. Then revise that a month from now to say they would have been operational if they had fuel

Do you think you’ll move after this ordeal?
Haven’t you had enough yet?

The only thing that can remedy this is a rate increase.

My father used to be the facilities director for a local medical facility. They had a generator with two large diesel tanks. I think each tank held enough diesel for 48 hours so combined they could run the generator for 96 hours.
Every month, they would test run them for like 10-15 min. And then he would have the diesel company come out and top off the tanks to account for the fuel they used for the test.
NO ONE in local NOLA government is on top of things like that.

I just talked to my people, and there are no problems at the 17th street canal pumps, the broad st station did go down for a while earlier and appears to be being swept under the rug
S&WB

Time is coming where people are marking on City Hall and S&WB with their "pitchforks".
Total B-shite that it rains for more than 15-20 minutes, the place floods. No way they had 8 inches but no it was 7 inches of rain over 3 hours.
It rained downtown for about 30 minutes and the place was underwater.

So you are saying there is a conspiracy between the city and every entity that measures rain in the city to under report it.

Crawfish season is about to be OPEN in the French Quarter.

Over report the rainfall. No way it rained 3 hours with 8 inches downtown. Suspect lies from corrupt City Hall and S&WB.

Sorry meant to say over report. WDSU (CBD) and WWL (FQ) all reported similar totals so they are working for the city over reporting rain totals?
