I've seen them make someone grind a joint into the ground... but I didn't know it was kosher to break drug glass and leave it. Why not just collect it and dispose of it responsibly?

That crew is the worst. Last night the goofy looking white male cop is the same guy that accused some Urkel looking guy of fleeing in his car when he was obviously just trying to get out of the cop’s way. He even came to a complete stop before turning right on red and then calmly pulled into a parking lot.
