No, I'm not. You are. I dont threaten my neighbors with the police. I walk over and offer to help and they often accept and in return, they often walk over and offer to help me.
You my friend are a piece of shite. You are a pussy. You have never slept out in the cold. You have never seen dogs sleep out in the cold. You're tiny little bitch brain can't comprehend how an animal could take care of itself because you are incapble of taking care of yourself. You can't understand that dogs aren't people. And most people (not you obviously) could manage to survive the night outside just fine like the dog if they had to. Maybe a little uncomfortable, but just fine come sunrise.
I pitty people like you, who lead such miserable existences that you are consumed with a dog whining on a porch because they don't want to be outside.

I think there's a difference between animals being out in the wild where they can seek shelter and cozy spots versus someone leaving their dog in a barren backyard with nowhere to go.
If they have a legit shelter for them fine, but if they're chained up in the middle of the yard in these conditions that's pretty fricked up.

Mine you wouldn't even know was a doodle unless he just left the groomer. I'm not a fan of the "typical" doodle look, so we got lucky with this one.
