Sorry, I should have say all straight young guys think that way. My mistake. I’m sure your boyfriend doesn’t care what you wear to weddings.

Yes, because there’s a 100% chance that the thought “Hmmm, what can I wear to outshine the bride?” never went through his head. He was just a young dude who wore his nicest outfit probably thinking more about the pussy it would get him more than he was anything else.

And maybe he’s just a proud soldier. I’ve been to several weddings over the last 40 years with men AND women in uniform and had he shown up at mine myself nor my wife would have a problem. We would thank him for honoring our wish that he attend and hope he enjoys himself. People get worked up over some stupid shite and she basically ruined her own wedding herself.

He had to have known she was a wingnut before showing up appropriately dressed. My conclusion was that he was trolling this ignorant bitch.

add 10 cool points.

It's an honor for a Marine to wear their dress blues to any event where "you" are being "honored." This stupid count is exemplary of millennial behavior. I hope her cuck hubby enjoys seeing her railed by Jody.

this is a reasonable question to have pass through your mind when you see this guy, as you nod to him and walk to the bar

It's not any justification of this psycho bride's behavior

It's more of a cheapskate thing. I brought home $375 every two weeks my first year. Subtract forfeited pay from a couple article 15's and a suit wasn't in the budget.

Granted, they make more now but I doubt the mentality is much different.

And again, I wouldn't have done it, just guessing at his thought process.

Yea I made a comment about it being over the top but wife disagreed. She stated like others have said, “that’s their dress uniform and they are supposed to wear that” It’s kind of one of those things I just wouldn’t have given much thought irl if I’d seen it. But since there is a thread about it made my comment from earlier

And I never said it was. In my first post I put as much blame on her as him. The discussion has just turned this course

If you're not the groom or at least a member of the wedding party, showing up to the wedding your military dress blues reeks of attention whoring and it's likely it's just that.

Bride made the right call here.

Interesting. Help me understand why this would bother you.

Maybe he was heading to the officers cocktail party after and didn’t have time to go home and change? Maybe he was shipping out after the wedding. Maybe he was a light sleeper.
