However, if my wife starts slinging crack and killing people, and the police raid our house, and my ole lady starts going rambo on their arse, there is a good chance I get shot in the melee So, if that is how it went down, im not sure how you charge the cops?
I don’t think it’s on the cops, they are doing their job, and if someone shoots at them, they are obviously going to return fire. But, this is an easy “win” toward law enforcement reform. Get rid of no knock warrants, they are bullshite, I feel like most reasonable people can agree with that. I feel like most of the BLM demands and such are bullshite, but this is an actual part of law enforcement reform that would make sense.

You want to legalize all drugs? Just trying to get clarity on your positions.

But that isnt what the entire discussion of the Breonna Taylor case has been about.

hell yeah let's keep licking police boots and supporting citizens of this country being murdered in their own home by incompetent and corrupt police

Can you offer some ideas on reform? I am seriously asking as when most people scream this they have no ideas on how to 'fix' things.
I'll hang up and listen.

This definitely means she deserved to die in a bull shite no knock raid.
I would have leaned this direction earlier. As in..low profile drug pusher...just pick him up in a different manor
But
Now that backstory details are available...more than low profile drug dealer...and there is a dead body .. though not necessarily recent but has attachment to this dude.
The means of apprehension now makes a little more sense.

Absolutely.
Decrease in drug violence, “laced” batches, etc will far outweigh any possible increase in ODs.

No she absolutely did not. No one does. But also, if you stay out of trouble and stay away from those who get in trouble, the cops typically stay away from you.

Get rid of no knock warrants,
This is the real issue, but they will use race to divert from fixing real problems. They want the outrage and to keep the authoritarian law

It doesn't matter if this case brings up the most evidence in the history of this planet, if you're against BLM, you're ALWAYS in the wrong. This should be common knowledge now.

Of course, but the info in the OP is a stretch and actually makes the cops look more incompetent if they carried out a no knock raid in search of guys who weren’t there
You realize a search warrant is for a specified location and has nothing to do with the occupants inside at the time? Not sure where you are going with your usual edgy, contrarian shite-flinging.

Bro, if you still feel this way after this info drops, then I don't think they could even surgically remove your head out of your own arse.
that's some deep brainwashin' baw.

Also, I think we deal in too many absolutes
Are no knock warrant sometimes a disaster? Yes
But ending them completely, is that really the right idea?
If you were cops/swat, and you are apprehending a career murderer/gang members, do you really want to have to knock and announce yourself? frick that

Do you regulate them or is it free market?

I actually agree with this But, unfortunately in this situation, a judge did sign off in one due to the info provided in the OP.
