When will people come to their senses. These dogs are violent and provide no value. It would be different if there were legitimate reasons for owning a pitt but there's no redeeming qualities over more peaceful breeds. Very sad

But their owners are trash which ends up making the dog trash as well.

Don’t own them. It’s pretty fricking simple.

We should send all the bulldogs to Islamic countries and let all those peaceful beings live together

One of these stupid things tried to kill me while I was running. It’s a miracle the tiny woman holding the leash was able to keep hold of it when it lunged for me.

I’m saying that if the owner of the animal is shown to have been negligent when their dog attacks someone, they should be held accountable legally.

Ah OK. I thought you were one of those that say "it's not the dog, it's the owner".

I agree. If your dog mauls and kills a child, then you go to jail

I do think there is something to that. In that pits are normally owned by trashy people, and trashy people tend to be bad dog owners. So that does play into it a bit IMO. But clearly there is plenty of evidence that pits, as a general breed, are inherently aggressive and always potentially dangerous. I have known some very nice/sweet pit bulls, and I would never want those around my children. It’s just not worth it if they randomly snap.
