BREC Parks Commercial

I keep seeing this ad calling the BREC park system the “number one park system in the nation”. Unsurprisingly I could find nothing through Google to support this outrageous claim. Can someone please explain to me their basis to say this on tv?

BREC actually does have a good park system. I miss being able to golf for dirt cheap at BREC parks

I don’t know about being #1, but they haven’t been audited for a couple of years per the Advocate.

BREC is perennially designated as a top park system in the country. I know that's a bitter bill to swallow for much of the OT.
This was so hard to find from 2022.

Yep. Parks and libraries. They better be ranked high with those tax dedications.

Also number one spot in the tri-state area to dump a dead body

One aggravating thing is our property taxes pay for BREC yet they always charge for stuff. It should be free for property tax payers.

If you had a child that plays baseball, softball or basketball you wouldn't think that. Mowing the grass is a small part of taking care of a baseball/softball field, which also happens to be the easiest.
Their basketball gyms are dumps. Can the public go play in them? Who knows. They're never ever mentioned, which if they were my gyms, I wouldn't mention them either.
