The answer is that private equity money astroturfs social media marketing.

I believe it’s harder now than it used to be for a few reasons, but that’s the playbook.

Poncho & Tecovas have both done it successful.

You also have survivor bias because there are plenty of brands who do this and flop.

Marucci completely displaced Louisville after dominating the wooden bag market forever

To be honest, the mid level and higher end Marucci wood bats are really good. I think they beat them on quality.

The CEO is opposed to "blood sports" and wants to "evolve" the brand.

Not so fast, mofo. Walmart eclipses Amazon.

Xerox for the win. They were the first photo copy to hit the market. Shortly thereafter, EVERY BUSINESS had one.

I remember in the early 2000s you were not cool if you didn’t have those first Under Armour shirts.

I wish they’d bring those OGs back.

My kids like it, and I think some of the flavors are alright, just a little too ‘syrupy’, if that makes any sense. I feel like it’s made from a concentrate that isn’t watered down enough

ETA again, looks like a couple of people got it wrong. I’m probably the smartest person here except for SFP
