Their stuff comes apart after normal use. They literally only copy what YETI does. They will not warranty anything they sell after 1 year.

I was using that as an example.

Ketchup and mustard are two different condiments.

But Clorox is a brand that has been able to identify its name with a product. Like Jacuzzi, or jetshi.

When people say "I would like ketchup" they are not identifying it with a brand.

When someone says "I need to go get some clorox and clean the back deck" they mean they need to get bleach. You can have a bottle of bleach that has no brand name on it and people will still refer to it as "clorox". Do you understand how your example does not apply?
