N.O. inspections are a joke. Last tag I got had me tooting my horn, turning on my lights and hitting the bright lights, checking for the turn signals working, horn working, brake lights working and the backup and license plate lights in order.
This was all after they checked license, registration and proof in insurance.

From Metairie, still call them brake tags. And it's still the neutral ground not the median.
