Why is it that people on this board focus on his past criminal record? The man was selling CDs and wasn't hurting anyone, but he was killed. Why is it that Dylann Roof was taken into custody safely and given Burger King, even after police knew that he had just killed nine people and was possibly still armed and this man was shot multiple times in the chest?

Why is it that this criminal didn't comply with verbal commands, didn't comply after being tased, didn't comply when apprehended by LEOs, carried an illegal concealed weapon, didn't tell the cops about his weapon, still didn't comply and maybe reached for said weapon?
