It was the lead story last week in local media

I don’t watch local media if I can help it. It’s annoying. I find the local media lacking in substance most of the time.

Was the victim a former EBR Deputy? That information was not disclosed. Do you know him? It would certainly be an odd crime spree given usual criminalistic behavior and locale. You’re drawing a lot of conclusions it seems. Tell us more

Patience. I have said more than I should have.

There is no such things as a coincidence, only probabilities.

To be logical, if a former EBR Deputy was the victim-why would he not have a gun and mace on his person like he recommends going forward. I’d like to prevent crime and correct crime in BR rather than taking something to a message board

And furthermore, I’d be fairly astonished if a cop took this to the news.

Didn’t realtors go woke and they’re not allowed to tell you about crime and demographics now?

It’s the realtor that got robbed, not the Deputy himself.

Any description of the potential buyers

I bet you can find them on the Money Talk board asking about financing options.

Crime in a good neighborhood is a symptom of a bad trend. A responsible adult would connect the dots and bring awareness to the situation. People always bring up crime prevention. Welll, here's a ripe opportunity.

Is this true? An important piece of information about buying a house is left to the buyer to guess at his own peril? What the hell are we playing realtors for?

Cities are ranked by the amount of crime usually broken down into how many murders, robberies, etc. per 100,000 people. BR is consistently ranked as one of the most dangerous cities in America often in the top 10.

Always meet an unknown buyer at a Starbucks or somewhere with a camera. Tell them your principal broker requires you do so.

And also a sig p365. These Williamson Co realtors up here think since they are in super wealthy area bad shite can’t happen.
