You need better friends. A good friend would have talked you out of buying a used cadillac.

1,2,4,5 are all things you can either adjust the setting on or are the way it is supposed to be. The lights on some cars do stay on after engine off (how long are we talking).
Nothing wrong with the fan running after it shuts off. That is a cooling feature.

1.Front lights stay on long after the engine is off
Longer than 5 minutes unless you turn the switch from auto to off.
2.Taillights flicker constantly
Driver's side has 2 light bars that flicker every 5 seconds and the passenger side has 1 light bar that does the same. Definitely not supposed to do that.
3.a/c stops and starts periodically
4.air bag alarm warning beeps constantly
How do I adjust a warning alarm?
5. fan runs after engine is shut off
I have had cars that do this but not for an extended period of time.
Rear liftgate would not open
Blinker does not work every time it is engaged

Aren’t these two normal depending on the make/model?

Only the driver's side stays on.

It stayed on for 17 minutes before I finally turned the light switch from Auto to Off.

Check fuses first. Test alternator. And get computer tested if that don’t straighten up issues. No charge.
