Kirk wasn't killed by the fricking authority we entrust to protect and serve.
Kirk was murdered for his opinions while practicing peaceful and legal discourse while sitting down with a group of people also seeking peaceful discourse. He was not breaking any laws or obstructing anyone’s job or rights. His death was celebrated by a large number of those with opposing political beliefs along with some calling for others with beliefs similar to Kirk to be handed the same fate. Kirk had zero responsibility or blame in his murder criminally or civilly.
Pretti was confronting law enforcement who were legally doing their jobs and part of a mob illegally obstructing federal law enforcement from enforcing federal laws and harassing them along with harassing non law enforcement citizens, and it was not the first time as it’s coming out that he has said he got a cracked rib in a prior scuffle with ICE a week before. He was also one of the Signal gang of leftist insurrectionists against federal law and the constitution. He did not go there for peaceful protest; he did not engage with the officers peacefully; and he resisted a legal arrest all while also not following local requirements for civilians carrying a handgun.
Kirk was murdered in every sense of the word. Even if it ends up being ruled a bad shot Petti was not murdered in how most people define murder. Some states use murder and manslaughter differently, but if ruled a bad shot we are talking about some form of negligent manslaughter.
Had he followed the actions of the person the left incorrectly clams that Petti was doing the same as Petti would be alive. Petti’s illegal actions are responsible for him being arrested and having the officers find his gun on their own while he was resisting. Had he immediately put hands up and explained he had a gun and a permit that wasn’t with him he would be getting his due process which in Minnesota is likely to have been a pat on the back and a bonus from their communist benefactor in China while pushing him back towards ICE for more.

For Wisconsin's purposes, he was legally carrying the gun. Whether he should have been there in the first place is another question entirely.
After the carnage and when police caught up with Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old had several options in front of him - shoot it out with police, resist arrest, and/or run and take his chances, or this.
He immediately surrendered, presenting himself as a non-threat to police officers already on a hair-trigger by the riots going on all around them. Again, whatever you ascribe to the decision-making process that took him to Kenosha, this was the common-sense maneuver right here. It saved his life.
Saturday in Minneapolis, Alex Pretti, a VA nurse radicalized and mobilized by the far left, decided this was the day he would take part in ruining an ICE operation to remove more criminal illegal aliens from the state, and ultimately, the country. This is the video of the last moments of his life, where he was filming Border Patrol agents establishing a perimeter for an operation. As part of that perimeter, agents were forceful in pushing back a woman who was protesting and impeding them, knocking her to the ground. That's when Pretti chose to inject himself into the fray, first by directing traffic into the ongoing ICE perimeter they were trying to establish, making the situation intentionally more dangerous, and then grabbing a federal agent in the process of arresting the female protester.
Pretti was impeding a federal operation, assaulted a federal agent, resisted arrest, and had a gun and multiple magazines of ammunition on him while resisting arrest. In the scrum that took him to the ground, one agent yelled, "Gun!" after seeing Pretti's holstered sidearm. An agent behind Pretti saw his empty holster a split second later. It's entirely possible he did not see another agent disarm Pretti while he was on the ground. But in measurements of milliseconds, when other agents are alerted that the suspect not yet in custody and actively resisting has a gun, and no gun is visible in the holster, agents can reasonably conclude that the gun is now in play.
… The Supreme Court's landmark 1989 case on the use of excessive force, Graham V. Connor, specifically held that
Courts must judge an officer’s use of force from the perspective of a reasonable officer on the scene,
Without considering the officer’s underlying intent or motivation,
And with recognition that officers often make split-second decisions in tense, rapidly evolving situations.
This ruling replaced earlier approaches that looked at whether officers acted “maliciously” or with improper intent. The Court said intent doesn’t matter — only whether the force was objectively reasonable under the circumstances.
In short, if someone, even one legally permitted to carry a weapon, nevertheless commits a felony and presents an imminent threat by resisting arrest with no knowledge of the location of the gun, it is objectively reasonable under the circumstances to neutralize the threat. There is no Constitutional mandate that officers need to wait to be shot before being allowed to respond.

All of this is a lie. You're spreading lies like the other extreme right in this thread, and even if it were true, it didn't warrant his blatant execution you fricking fricks.

Wow. Not just fricks but fricking fricks.
None of it what you quoted is a lie. Saying it was an execution and saying what you quoted is lie are both spreading left wing propaganda.

What an idiot you are to readily accept the government version without any critical thinking.
Has been proven through video evidence he was not brandishing.
Bootlicker
How much better would we be as a country if we always employed the same critical thinking no matter which party was in power?
