I've never been to an actual Boot Barn store. Do they really have a huge selection in the store? I've been meaning to go to the one in Trussville, AL the next time I'm down that way.
Oh yeah, they usually have a pretty big selection. They also carry keen boots, which are just about the best in regards to comfort I’ve ever had. Also a good selection of fr too.

Have you been to boot bar in seigen market place? Maybe not the customer. It definitely the sales staff.
If I walk into a store and see the typical Popeyes staff members, I’m out immediately. No time to deal with them.

You're talking to a guy who compared Boot Barn to Walmart like they sell the same quality of product. There's no point in engaging with him.
He also said that a $200 pair of boots is too expensive for the blue collar worker. So yeah.
I want to know what he does. I bet he’s some successful lawyer. lol

I know welders aren’t broke, and neither are oilfield workers.
Pretty telling to see someone look down upon the working man.

I would be willing to bet he's a hardcore Democrat - the party of the working man. He holds contempt forblue collar workers the same as he does blacks and women; the very one he pays lip service to supporting. No one hates minorities and women (I guess now you can include skilled laborers, too) like progressives and Democrats.

quote:My wife had purchased a couple pair from the newer store near the Bass Pro in our city...which is in the "high income" county i live in. I went in there before Xmas looking for a specific style, heel, etc...found it w/i 5 mins, reasonably priced at < $200 (and wifey got nurse discount of 205) so I was real happy. Staff was great. Give them a shot.

If you think that's funny go to the Speedo outlet in Destin and check out all the nonswimmers on the marketing posters.

I personally enjoy all the black models in the Vineyard Vines and Patagonia ads.
It’s like these people have no concept of who their customers are.
Funny part about it, they're trying do draw a different customer base.. and once they do, they'll lose their existing base.
