My life is more than fine. I’m also able to recognize that the economic conditions still affect me. Bad economy and depressed wages means more crime, higher unemployment and prices, more sick people, etc, etc

It was 100% made up that “not one fricking person working there was a boomer”. You even changed it later to “I didn’t see any”…

So I give you an honest answer but you know better. I was there but I think you weren't. Hmmmmmm.......

Policies, likely partially implemented by boomers, led to the situation you found yourself in…
So you don't remember anything about those days.??.

You don't remember how it was politicized? Admins controlled by gov't?

I didn't look at it from a generational thing at the time. I'm remembering back what My personal experience was. The oldest person involved was my personal physician who was called at home. That Dr. is younger than Boomer.

If they can find work… my brother was on a trip to New York recently… he couldn’t believe the amount of waiters, Starbucks employees, uber drivers etc. who had degrees

Go look up the 70s and stagflation and gas stamps and get back to us. Then look up grads in the mid & late aughts. Very similar issues that went up and down during different times.

The term boomer doesn’t include folks who were adults from 1790 to 1945. In fact, the term boomer refers to those born in the decade or two AFTER the war.

You misread. I'm not cooking.

I'm just giving my personal experience. People were doing their job. Following orders. I am a veteran. I understand following orders.

A whole nuther subject.

I had people with degrees working for me.

The problem I saw was colleges giving degrees for which there were no jobs of low pay.

Here is another experience. My wife lives for vacation (we couldn't go anywhere) and our grandkids. She was told she couldn't attend school functions until she got covid shots. All this was enforced by school teachers and admins which were not Boomers. I don't know ages of anyone else involved at the time. I didn't care about generational blaming. These people were only doing their job.

Don't care. They are nothing like my friends.

I suppose you blame Hitler's generation for the death and destruction he caused?

I thought this was about general blame. I shouldn't take it personal.

You are blaming entire generation for the acts of 3????

Their tract record isn't a good one but the next generation won't have one either if people are still one issue voters.

We need to start emphasizing critical thinking/cause and effect in schools again.

You haven’t noticed prices are 25% higher than 5 years ago? Are you retarded or does your mom buy your Dino nuggets?

Makes sense to be the wealthiest as they have typically worked and saved the longest so odds are that’s true.

Do you know how to discuss anything without insulting the other person and making it personal?

Is it this simple? How much was the $1 inflated during that time? Who was running the country during those days? etc.?
