Shake shack is trash and it’s like 20 bucks

Yeah not in love with Shake Shack. It's not bad - but it's in this gap between fast food burger and a more "fast casual" burger.

It's priced closer to Curbside or Atomic Burger, but the quality and convenience is closer to In n Out or Wataburger. It has a lot of fans because Anthony Bourdain liked the cheese fries. The burgers to me are just kind of meh. My kid loves the chicken fingers though, and they are pretty good.

It would be nice to have a good sit down pizza place with wings, calzones and beer with a lot of TVs.

I wish Walk Ons had good pizza and real wings.

Fat Boys Pizza could be this type of place. Their bar food is pretty good. Just need more space and a bigger bar

Red Zepplin is decent enough for me.

Rotolos is hit or miss depending on location.

I thought this place closed months ago. Legit the worst burger I ever ate. It was so bad I had to eat there again to confirm that it was as bad as I thought. It was.

Good places to eat around Baton Rouge is one of the few things BR has going for it these days.

Yes, all things considered I agree although post Covid things have slipped a bit.

Pizza chain that started here in indianola called Lost Pizza is really good. They’ve expanded all over Ms, and into TN, AL, Florida but none in Louisiana. They’re popular in college towns, BR would be a great Louisiana location for them

Lost Pizza that I posted fits this. Their wings are fantastic and it’s not fast food. It’s quality pizza. I’m kinda surprised they haven’t expanded into the Louisiana market yet

This, plus:
BBQ
Chinese
Korean

Baton Rouge is pretty much just good for fried chicken, fried seafood, sushi, Mediterranean, Italian, and hamburgers.

Give me a Chicken Guy (Guy Fieri's chicken place) over a Bobby Flay burger.

That's a significant downgrade. Scientologists suck at cooking chinese food.
