m3
A used version of this car? Not an x3? High performance sedan - 543 horsepower. No way. Recipe for disaster.
Get the Toyota.

She had a Camry at 14?
Something doesn’t add up?
Poor baby had to drive a Camry for 3 whole years till daddy got her something suitable. Booo hoo
And what happens when daddy little princess gets tired of he M3 after 6 months? What will she deserve then? New rari?

Bc they have full rides to college and work. I provide 1 nice car to start college and it yours when you graduate. She got a junker to start out in - Camry that has 250,000 miles and looks rough. She never complained.
Buy her a new civic or a new Camry or new accord.
Make her appreciate that BMW more when she buys it herself in the future.
What does she gain from owning a BMW rather than, say, a new Honda Civic?
What is the difference for her beyond the cost for managing it being significantly higher?

No, they are not. BMW seems to consider rod bearings to be regular maintenance items.

I have a 1972 650 HP Barracuda Manual she drives and a 2021 700 HP Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Manual she drives. She knows how to handle fast cars.

Buying your daughter a M3 for college?
Take a moment and listen to yourself.

My money is on hitting a curb within two weeks and making daddy regret the purcha$e. A new rim and tire on the M3 is more than several years worth of maintenance on another car.

Yeah, they are Spanish. LOL

And the only reason she wants it is because she probably has a boyfriend that’s she trying to impress who’s into euros. Daddy better be saving up for a valve job and new PZeros after her douchebag boyfriend rags it out one weekend.

Boy aren’t you a ray of sunshine - have a nice day bud. I simply asked a question and will not be purchasing one based on answers. I have never owned one and will not be owning one. She can pick something else out. Geez.

After having Mazda’s for years, I bought an M3 for my birthday. Kept it 2 years and sold it, went back to the Mazda MX-5. M3 was fun to drive but I’ve had no mechanical issues with the Mazda’s I’ve owned and the Mazda has plenty of hp for my commute.

At 15, her birthday is this month and she will be 18. That’s 3 years idiot. Once again, GFYS.

Buy her a 4Runner or a Rav4. If you want a Honda the CRV is good too.

You sound like a miserable douche - just bc you hate the world doesn’t mean we have to. Go scream at the sky about a college kid with BMW. Have fun.

The M3 is the high water mark for performance driving. It's brutally fast, drives stiff and insurance will be higher. I'd look at the 230i coupe it's very economical and a good looking car.

On Highway 190 on the right hand side, just as you go under I-12 there are 3 white crosses.
