Not sure about bloods and crips but had a friend who was nopd who told me there were some murders in Nola post Katrina between local gangs and ms13 that didn’t make the news. According to my friend, local gangs ran ms13 out of town.

MS 13 would win. However, I haven't read the entire thread so this might have already been posted, but I'm pretty sure that neither of them would last in New Orleans. IIRC from one of those gangland tv shows both the bloods and crips tried to move in on New Orleans, but both were extremely unsuccessful. The street gangs in new orleans were just too murder happy even for them.
