Why? Looking at wikipedia, it's a town with 103-ish people with a per capita income of $9,999.
It's a dead town. Hell, Bergman (thanks wikipedia) would be more of a statement ;it has 400+ people and is even more white (96% to 88% in Zinc).

From what I just read, the group is called Bridge the Gap NWA, not BLM. It seems like their goal is peaceful provoking.

protestors are just looking to incite something. These people in zinc are poor White trash with no institutional power of any kind. They hold onto bring white as a way to feel superior to others because the reality is they are just as poor and trashy as inner city black folk. There is no reason to make an ordeal there and give them any type of legitimacy and news coverage. And those are the “deliverance” type of people who will make these protestors disappear and nobody will care

Honestly, if the few KKK people that actually still exist want to go hide out deep in the Ozarks and leave the rest of us alone, who cares? Seems weird to protest there.
