Why are you running long distances? What is your goal? There are negative effects of prolonged cardio. Unless you are training for a competition that you really care about, it's probably a bad idea.

Don’t listen to them man. Running takes you places. You wanna go nowhere? Get a peloton.besides, bleeding nipples are a common side effect of getting older

Anything over 7-8 miles, I always put big bandaids over my nipples.
Also, 10 miles on a treadmill sounds like absolute misery. Use mapmyrun.com when out of town and make you a route.

Not a big deal. You can use Vaseline or bandaids. I sweat a lot so the Vaseline was only good for me for 30-45 minute runs. I’d use the thin waterproof bandaids for any distance over 5 miles.
