Does anyone see where she was actually profiled? Sounds like she was told no when she tried to get some free food and got pissed.

In all sincerity, the owner probably hears complaints all the time. I know a white couple who returned their food at Sal and Judys once and Mr Sal returned the food to them and had the waiter say that Mr Sal tasted the food and he said that it’s perfect.It happens to all races occasionally.

You must’ve missed the point where they’re going on social media and making this a racial issue and not just a food issue, invoking muh BLM and the educated black nurse heroes on the front lines. Or you’re just being willfully obtuse

Honestly, this is a pretty bad look for the owner. Is her post embellished (probably/most definitely?)...who knows, but the video looks bad.
I would like to hear what the wait staff had to say. I am sure they were communicating their interactions to him. If he acted on what they were telling him, that changes things imho.

As a former restaurant worker, I can tell you that the amount of times your average restaurant worker hears this from a certain group followed by "we don't want to pay for this" is countless.
