Black patrons brought silverware at Vietnamese pho restaurant, claim racism

My coworker saw this go down yesterday at Nothing But Pho in downtown Houston. Said they started cussing and yelling but then left. It's not in the news today.
How did this miracle happen? Maybe it was over to quick from them not trashing the restaurant. And also no shaky portrait video posted to world star....
