Just did a gene test on my kid and found out he's part black. Any chance you could do one of these on him? He's pretty smart and would really get a kick out of it.

Bass Reeves was one bad dude. He was a master of disguises and psychological tactics.

I enjoy your Black History Month threads because they aren't heavily slanted towards civil rights leaders. I enjoy the fact that you have entries like Bass Reeves, who isn't that well known.

US Demographics

Black or African American alone, percent
13.3%

Hispanic or Latino, percent
17.6%

Can you do Hispanics next since there are more of them?

You know. Equality and all.

Booker T. Washington was a great American. The man had the ear of many prominent whites when there wasn't much of an audience for blacks and his plans for the advancement and education of blacks was second to none. Plus, he was the first head of Tuskegee which later spawned the Commodores. Much respect for Mr. Washington from me.
