Sadly we knew it was just a matter of time given those ridiculous TikTok videos of "teens" posing with a stack of $10's in front of rented Hellcat while the family bankrupts themselves just for some clout.

Now we have an unnecessary fatality and multiple others wounded in a shooting at a prom in Tennessee.

no amount of funding, programs, or whatever leftist talking point will ever fix their issues. in a culture where "disrespeck" can get you shot like a dog, it is going to take generational and decades worth of effort to reverse course.

Zero details of the shooting in that article. I don’t understand any of the facts surrounding it.

Don’t agree with shooting people like that but speaking specifically from a tactical stand point, the prom celebration gathering is a pretty solid time to go after someone.

Catch them completely off guard, no weapons, all gathered together.

Problem is though that none of these teens that do this sort of thing can shoot at all.

I personally know an elected official, not going to say who for obvious reason to follow, who after decades of trying to effect change on the crime issues in a major city said:

"The only way to do it would be to literally wipe out two generations and start from scratch. The 6 to 15 year olds are taught by the 16 to 25 year olds and it just keeps repeating."

Obviously that isn't going to happen so I don't think we will see a change in this cultures violence issues anytime in ours, our kids or our grandkids lifetimes. Best we can do is stay away from them and let them kill each other then lock up the ones who survive the shootouts.

He's wrong. Turning back decades of the war on poverty and great society. We need to quit housing, feeding and providing cradle to grave care for non productive able bodied citizens

We could solve this inside of a generation if we had the political will.
