40 to 50 years of affirmative action, quotas, special scholarship programs, grants, out of proportion welfare participation, and out of proportion crime including violent crime.

Other races & ethnicities come into US and pass blacks up in education by end of elementary school including students in homes where parents were learning English like their kids.

So maybe dismantle broken black culture before blaming others for the shite too many blacks do to themselves.

Ok did you know that white women receive 60% of the Affirmative Action benefits??? This is not conjecture this is a fact. There is data that has shown this. Crime data is obscured due to the simple fact that blacks are policed at much higher rate than white people. This does not mean that blacks commit more crimes than white people it means that they are arrested prosecuted and penalized at a much higher rate than any other race.

Yes because they get the resources to do so tax payers money ie my money is spent to teach Hispanic kids who parents got them here illegally to teach them English. Arabs and Asians can come here open up stores in black neighborhoods and not pay taxes. Black people can't even get business loans for 10k but can rack up 100k in student loans.
