Dumb thread. They're as responsible for 9/11 as we are for Westboro Baptist picketing funerals.
Vast numbers of us don't support the Westboro Baptist Church though. There's clearly connecting tissue between Al Quada and the general Saudi population who thinks its ok to stone rape victims and apostates to death.

You think the stampeding is the issue here? Are you shitting me? It's clearly the ritual stoning exercises that regularly take place there that is the problem. Could you imagine if the Vatican even imprisoned someone for being gay? The international shitstorm would never end. Well Mecca stones them almost every fricking day. This is the hypocrisy of low expectations.

Pretty sure we're aiding Al Quada in Syria right now. You could say the same about the US.
It's sharia'ah law that's fcked up.

Should we go dance in the streets?

Watch the video and look how strong the winds were. No way I'm standing in the shadows of all those cranes. They are finicky structures.

Well don't let them think you feel bad. They see that as a sign of weakness.
In fact, that's how they see anything other than total annihilation.

No you can't. Might as well say we're supporting Westboro by giving them tax exempt status. I find your allegations we are directly financially supporting the terrorist organization who planned 9/11 as absurd. Sure we may be turning a blind eye to some less severe terror sectors, but that doesn't mean that our society has connecting tissue to this mindset. Vast numbers of Americans don't think you should be killed for an idea. Vast numbers of Americans don't think you should be killed for leaving your religion. Vast number of Americans don't think you should be killed for being gay. That society on the other hand supports many of the things the terrorists do to Western society, and that's what separates us.

no it's the irrational-emotional fanaticism of muslims in that whole region, from Turkey to Pakistan
you have all sorts of ethnicities and multiple cultural and religious sects of islam. those hardly matter. it's islam + fanaticism
and we don't treat them equally in terms of our social morality because the Big Left has turned "muslim" into a marginalized class
hence why you have idiots like this doing this
if you don't believe that there is a double standard with liberals, imagine what you consider a social conservative in the US. do you agree with his/her belief system? well they're much more liberal than a moderate muslim from the ME (through south Asia)

What a bunch of animals...
get your shite together, Mecca
shite, i was thinking the same thing. A fricking stampede? Just like fricking wildebeast.
And...
quote:
1994: 270 pilgrims killed during a stampede at a stoning ritual
In 1994? How barbaric is that?
And we wonder how some of these people end up so violent? Jeebus.

Sure, you can come pray or stone people. Just keep your head on a swivel so you can dodge the human stampede.

Very good point. That's what it comes down to.
But do some more research on our support for Al-qeada in Syria and Libya.
Heck, it's common knowledge the CIA gave Bin Laden billions to arm and train Al-qeada to fight the Soviets during the cold war
Posted on 9/11/15 at 10:29 pm to Ashman
You'd make a worthy candidate for the next stoning ritual

I'm a skeptic and normally laugh at conspiracies, but I think you should watch Loose Change for shits and giggles. See what the scholars have to say.

How long before Obama makes a statement on the tragedy and offers them millions in aid?

and? would russia taking over afghanistan have been a better policy? the cold war fricked shite up. that's also why we intervened in iran
it sucks, but people forget the actual conflict that led to these old policies. a russian-controlled iran wouldn't have ended well

Ritual stoning seems about as barbaric as ritual cannibalism
