This thread went exactly how I envisioned it... First 2 pages was discussion, next 5 pages troll fest on Darth, strong safety cock blocked a few pages, then last 20 pages continued the Darth troll fest... Did I miss anything?

Me neither but I'm pretty sure there is some anal penetration involved.

It has been interesting learning who all the bikerfags are on this board.

LINK Whatever anyone thinks about these guys, this is bullshite. Excessive bail and losing their bikes via civil asset forfeiture. They deserve to have their guilt or innocence determined in court, not imprisonment and confiscation without due process.

Normally I'm on board with ya 100% but I'm having a hard time finding any sympathy for these guys.

The beauty of our system is "Innocent Until Proven Guilty"--no matter what preconceived notions people may have regarding this incident, those people are owed their day in court and should be considered innocent until proven guilty.

They'll get their day in court and they already are. Bond is a normal part of the justice system. And they'll have their hearings to see if they are entitled to have their bond lowered. That article said one such hearing is already set in fact. The Judge will determine if it should be or not. My guess is they fricked up in the wrong part of the country and it might get reduced some, but given the fact that 9 people where killed, I doubt it will get reduced tremendously.

I do have a bigger issue with forfeiture laws but all I was saying was that despite acknowledging the arguments against such laws, I can't work up any sympathy for these guys. Not feeling sympathy for them is not the same as saying what is done is right.

“I think it is important to send a message,” Peterson said. “We had nine people killed in our community. These people just came in and most of them were from out of town. Very few of them were from in town.”
Weren't all 9 bikers? If so, why are the cops and news folks making this out to be some bikers murdering 9 town folk?

Not only were all nine bikers, but some (or,possibly, all) were killed by the cops.

I haven't heard anywhere how many were killed by the cops. Source?

Can somebody explain what mudchecking is? I google it and it just links to about 10 TD threads where we are all shitting on Darth.

The best part is you aren't kidding. Pretty much every reference to it leads back to TD which means either Darth made it up or he literally has the biggest fricking mouth of any biker on the Internet.

The biker blogger old rebel, who apparently is a big deal to bikers, said all 9 were killed by cops. Early MSM reports say they think it was 4 but all sources agree no "civilians" were injured in any part of the incident.

The Aging Rebel, apparently a well respected and connected MC blogger (agingrebel.com), has reported that he has heard from "multiple sources" that all nine fatalities were shot by police.

CNN, among other networks, has reported that preliminary investigation results indicate that four of the dead may have been shot by police.

ATF is leading the investigation, for whatever that's worth. If they actually release an honest public report, it'll be interesting to how many shots were fired by LE, versus shots fired by the Bandidos and Cossacks. Potentially, this looks like it could be another case of police over-reaction.

The Waco PD spokesman, Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton, is a numbnut. I've had enough of his dumb arse already.

This is going to get very interesting IF the police tried to break up a chain fight by shooting people. Of course the world is better off with nine less bikers so I wonder if anyone will care.
