The tone from posters on this has been very light hearted, poking fun at motorcycle gangs. It is a huge, very huge difference in the tone whrn the subject is black violence. The language in this thread is no where near as strong as it has been in other threads involving incidents involving blacks.

It's the notion that this board loves to say it's fair and equal in its characterization of criminals...and its not.
Black criminals, again, Start an assault on black personhood.
White criminals are just crazies that are outliers to the norm.
If I follow this boards logic, in reverse, then these bikers must be indictive a larger, deeper cultural erosion of white personhood and their expose this value underworld of white violence that the seemingly good whites won't dismiss. If whites ever want to improve their community, then it will start here first. With dismissing those thugs from their group

Im just surprised that there is no ral outrage from anyone in this thread. Race aside, these frickers were shooting in a damn restaurant. Children were there, possibly. No one should fear being in the middle of a damn shootout while they are just trying to enjoy lunch.

Well it wasn't black criminals that shot it up, so why would they care?white criminals are a threat to their personhood. White criminals are outliers. I mean, f you move away from the white criminals and their enclaves, then you have to move in with the brown and blacks! Those violent heathens!

the irony with your little tantrum here is that by using words like "thug", white people are not indicting black people, only the lower class trash that is linked to criminal behavior. YOU spin this into an indictment of "black personhood" by associating thug behavior as a description of an entire race.
we white people divide ourselves into groups and have no issues with it. we call out our own trash without hesitation. just see this thread. there is no need to discuss an entire race when we've already separated a subset to criticize.

we've already segregated their criticism out because we don't have issues with group identification
we have no problem using our own words like "thugs" to divide our group to criticize those subsets
you are the one who has issues allowing that same sort of dichotomy with black people, and then you get mad when we don't use the terms you have issues with being used. this is a classic, "heads i win, tails you lose" proposition. rational people refuse to fall into this trap, so we go about our own segregation and criticism without logical issue.
