I was parked on the side of a street in my car and a biker was forced towards me by a car coming... the handle of the bike brushed up against my car and knocked the lady over which scratched the crap out of my car. I got the ladies number as we agreed she should pay for the repairs but now she is saying that legally she is not liable to pay for the repairs. Thought?

The bike falling over and the bike rubbing up against the car is what caused all the scratch damage.

The street was pretty tiny but the biker overcompensated

Sounds like you’re going to wish you had a police report written

I had someone back into me in a parking lot, I witnessed it and they have it on camera, however, due to it being a parking lot it was labeled a no-fault.

You don’t need a police report for small damages, you just have to handle it with your insurance on the spot. When you wait until afterwards is when you get screwed over.

Never have understood why people don't get on the phone with their insurance company immediately. If someone is trying to give you their information and leave, they're going to screw you over. I don't care if their wife is in labor in the passenger seat, fricker isn't leaving until I verify their insurance and I call mine. Take pictures of their car and them.

Go to Auto Zone and get the scratch rub. I’m telling you it works (if it’s not that bad), then take a dump in a paper bag, light it on fire and leave it on the bikers front porch.
