The idea that it came from a wet market. Not the viral research lab literally right down the road.

Pretty sure the BLM issues were 2020 after lock down had occurred and lifted.

Lockdowns were not lifted, especially in many of the blue cities they were allowed to destroy. It was a blatant double standard that has just escalated from there.

Closing schools.

We new almost from the start that kids had very mild symptoms. Shutting down schools was horrendously bad decision and is still causing negative effects in kids.

What are you talking about? There were all kinds of things happening that summer, the gatherings, cities burning, etc. Yet it was ok. While anything even remotely normal was not safe and we are gonna die if we do any of it. I doubt events that happened can’t not be mentioned here.

Cotton masks could filter viruses. Reeked of "duck and cover" where school desks could stop nuclear blasts.

The problem that i had was that it was ok for Walmart, target, Sam’s, Costco, etc to remain open but not ok for small businesses, churches, gyms, etc to stay open and if a small business were to open the. That business would have been in deep shot and labeled as racists

Wow, almost as if olds were (unlike the rest of us) legitimately at risk of severe illness or death.

One thing that stands out in my mind, looking back, is when it was "really bad" in NYC and Trump sent the hospital ship and I don't think they ever put a single covid patient in a bed on it.

I knew right then and there that it was a political game and the actions of those screeching the loudest did not match their rhetoric at all.

ETA: I just went and looked to see if any patients were ever treated on it. It looks like 20 beds, of the one thousand beds on board, had patients in them.

When we had 10 people over at a house for a crawfish boil, and then all of a sudden a news camera is set up filming and 5 cop cars showed up. That was absurd.

Jesus. IDGAF about riot color. If you reduced it that way, no big deal.

Fine to go to Walmart but not your gym.

Okay to protest and destroy without practicing social distancing.
