This was a serious collection. Probably worth millions and everything looks mint. I would guess some of those artifacts are one of a kind.

He designed the famious black SS uniforms. Before the Nazis came along, Hugo Boss was little more than a taylor. He joined the Nazi Party and the rest is history.

It's funny stuff. Also notice how the show hints that Dwight might be a Nazi throughout the show. He likes to talk about his "superior genes" and how he mentions the US got involved in a war it had no business being in. He even said once that he wanted to form an "Axis" instead of an "Alliance."

That the government down there is "seizing" them is little more than theft in my mind. "Illegal historical artifacts" they say. Ridiculous.
That being said, I want to know the story behind the miniature statue of the cat with the Nazi eagle on the base plate.
I've seen quite a few pieces of WWII memorabilia in my day but that's one I have quite frankly never seen nor heard of.

the same reason that our ancestors came to America, as well as many (not Cajuns) settling west from Virginia, to Georgia, then further west. (my own family went from Maryland/Virginia to Texas)
