For a house in Old Metairie it sure is.
Guess that was the same logic that dumb developer used to build those three new houses directly across from big Lee. Good luck selling those.

Where is his house?
On Bonnabel between I-10 and Veterans Blvd. on the right hand side if heading toward the lake.

I’m pretty sure those new houses were originally listed for close to $900k. Been in the market quite a while now
I’m not quite sure what they were thinking in pricing those houses
, even with the reductions I think it’s still way too much. Super busy portion of Bonnabel, zero backyard, and all 3 are on top of each other.

Saying that Big Lees’s House is in Old Metairie is a stretch. It’s on the lake side of I-10. The boundary of Old Metairie is I-10.

It's hilarious that Old Metairie's "boundary" is I-10.. All those houses on both sides were built around the same time. I-10 was built afterwards, in '65.. They actually had to relocate families whose houses were demolished for I-10..

From what I read, he's got COPD, needs constant oxygen to function and also has lung cancer, so maybe he just said screw this idiot.
And after conviction the state will be paying for all this treatment. Yay

I had no idea about this....still can’t believe the houses that used to be on the canal on west esplanade. I live in the area and most were still there when I moved into that neighborhood.

There’s still one on the canal, I guess he refused to sell..
