I’m not overstating things when I say that pooping is one of the more enjoyable rituals of my day. The warm water tickles and probes my sphincter, gently coaxing every bit of waste from my body, all in cleanliness and comfort while Rony Seikaly’s latest set emanates from the bathroom Sonos. I feel refreshed and car wash clean as I stand up and resume my daily activities. My ketogenic diet (now on month 6) ensures that I get to partake in this routine several times per day.

I just tapped into the supply line on my toilet, hooked up a couple feet of garden hose, slapped on a sprayer nozzle, and I'm good.
