This is some deranged, draconian bullshite.
I strongly disagree. When we repeatedly watch reports on the lives and histories of many of these shooters filled with reports of previous violence, threats, mental illness, is it really "draconian" to make sure that person can't own a weapon?
I don't think that's an immoderate stance.

Muppets. They’re fricking Muppets.
I’m like you. I’m done debating these brown shirts.

As a white liberal I find this unconstitutional but at the same time, I’m glad Biden is in. The 4 years of Trump took a massive toll on my mental and physical health. When he became president, (Trump), I cried so much I became dehydrated and went into kidney failure, doctor said he’d never seen that before from someone crying. My parents are both doctors and I live in a gated community but I’m way more in touch with the average American then blue collar Trumpers. So even if we lose a constitutional right with Biden, it was worth it

How are you going to do it?
Do you advocate being able to call a sheriff and have guns removed from someones house?

Taking away a person's guns because someone else made a threat is about as draconian as it gets.
Only shallow minded people such as yourself don't understand the problem with that statement.

You don't know what you're talking about. You've clearly never been around weapons in any sort of capacity beyond video games, or maybe a shooting range.
Veteran.

Qualifying once a year on a static range so you can fulfill your duties as a secretary is the exact type of limited exposure that I'm referring to, general.

20 states do it. A judge has to approve after hearing the request. Feel free to read up on it.

That's just a slogan. The only thing they are required to do by law is what they are told to do by politicians.

Yep. They just want white men to abide by these laws, not their pet black people.

You're really going to let politicians decide what constitutes "threats". The Democrat party would label all conservatives a "mass shooter threat" if they could.
It's going to be used as a political tool to beat their political enemies as much as they possibly can.

You cool with armed blacks marching down your street? What about liberals who don't like republicans?
They’re all armed already. Why do you think the biggest threat to a young black male is another young black male? They aren’t clubbing each other with bamboo.
Liberals who don’t like Republicans? Like the dude who shot Steve Scalia and the RINOS at the softball field? Again, they’re already out there. Gun control ain’t stopping it.

What part of the Constitution has the GOP attempted to bypass via loophole or Executive Order?
Be specific. Article, Section, Paragraph and/or Amendment.

Clearly it is. You just need those tinted, prismatic lenses that Nicholas Cage used in National Treasure to see it.
