My husband's 5k Salsa Horse thief...he added some hand pedal controlled thing on it that can lower/raise seat post while he is mountainbiking.
He also has an older Santa Cruz that he built up from just the frame

He may have told me that. He'll get all excited about his bikes and tell me stuff about them like I'm gonna even know what he is talking about.

I'll never understand why some of y'all have FS bikes in La or Tejas, there is no need for it.

Nothing special, I have a Raliegh Misceo hybrid and a Trek Mamba that I haven't used in over a year unfortunately.

I have a pure fix bike as well(not set up as a fixie though). For only a $350 bike they are not that bad actually.

Oh, fer sure. They're good quality and super light. My wife wanted hers to ride to work (garden district to campus, roughly 10 min). She's ridden her's to work exactly zero times in the year that she's had it.

My husband bought us each one. He rides his to work on occasion as well. I ride mine for exercise since the beach cruiser I have is pretty heavy and slow. He went and bought the integrated bike lock they sell for their bikes as well.
