Best weather app

I need a new weather app, yesterday I made plans based off of the weather bug app I have had for years. Yesterday and this morning it said 0% chance of rain in Houston. I get to the office and google the weather to make sure my plans won't be messed up and every other weather service says its going to rain today but the weather bug app. So y'all got any recommendations?

Accuweather for forecasting rain.
Myradar to see wind vectors and what not.

Just google "NWS (Your City)" and click the link that comes up. Best forecast you'll find. Get a free radar app to check in real time.

I finally broke down and paid the $5 for it. Well worth it for the pinpoint accuracy.
We drove to a football game in the rain that had been going all day, then sat in the car with wipers going as it looked like it would never stop. Dark Sky said it would stop raining at the stadium in 15 minutes and not rain there any more that day. I was skeptical, but right on cue the rain stopped, and we never felt another drop.

ABC 33/40. The Weather Authority

I'm tuning in as well.
The radar app I paid $5 for 5 years ago hasn't updated in 4 years and weatherbug is awful.

I've been using WU for years but it's gotten lame recently. About half the time I just get a popup that says "Try again later", like a Magic 8-Ball or something. So I'm looking for something better. May give Dark Sky a try.

NWS Now. The official National Weather Service reading and forecast. No frills, but it's straight from the horse's mouth.

I've tried a bunch, and Weather Underground is easily the most accurate that I've used.

Been using 1Weather. Not a lot of frills and it gives good basic status and forecast info.
