This is the correct answer. I have a whole sleeve from him. I get compliments every day from all races and ages.

I wouldn't let fricking Pablo Picasso tattoo me much less some drop out doodler in the French quarter. We're getting really loose with the word artist here when one of the compliments is "good shading."
