Why do you care what someone spends their money on? If they can afford it and aren't going into debt, more power to them.

No different than "trying too hard" bros that spend their money on things to one up/status themselves (boats, ATVs, camps, pools, cars, etc)

Ironically, I do know another young lady, from Charlotte that was into equestrian and also went to TCU.
I’ve done everything in my power to discourage my daughter from getting into equestrian..
