Neither Montgomery or Jackson are rated #1 place to live in the US, there are better places to live in WI than Green Bay.

I’ve been to all except Fayetteville, and none are “shitty”. Do they have shitty areas? Of course, especially the big cities listed.

And I’ve been to NW Arkansas and it was very nice, just wasn’t in Fayetteville.

There are some things I don’t like about Boulder and Portland and wouldn’t be interested in living there, but they are not shitty like a Jackson or Gary, IN. Not even close

Of course, and user opinions means the writer can rank however they feel that day. All rankings are opinions but a lot are based on thin air
