0Moved from nola to slidell this past year. Anyone have any tips which guy on the side of the road sells firewood at a good price?

Drive to Bogalusa or Franklinton as this is their main source of employment up there this time of year. You can buy a cord for five bucks up that way thanks to all the competition.

Bought some for my mother there the other day. It is $170 for a half cord of wood. Not sure if that is a good price. It's the wood mom wanted so it was the wood mom got.
