There are several. The best place to start is probably a call to your GP. However, here are a few with good reputations.

Dr. Judson Penton did my wife's ACL while he was in Hammond a few years ago. Supposedly he's in Laf now.

Lee Leonard is retired. I know this because he did my first 3 surgeries and went to Montgomery for my last 2.
