523hp around 4 seconds on the 0-60 it is the wife's car but it is the car I drive the most, we work together and take hers to the office mostt days...

Carriers will likely not allow this path. All the carriers I write through will cancel the fire if you don't have wind coverage as well. If the risk is not properly insured they won't want the risk. Sure there may be a few carrier...

If they do fall your home owners would kick in. It wouldn't cover the cost to remove the trees, and fences are going to be covered at ACV not replacement. Always a good idea to look up the owner through the tax accessor site and have that conversation prior to any storm. They may just tell you to...

go to expresslane.org driver services cancel the plate and remove it before you give it to the buyer. turn it into a DMV....
