my wife and kids and I all share locations. Typically what happens is my wife will tell me when she has plans or going somewhere unexpected. I forget or don't listen, then if I check to see where she is it jogs my memory. No trust issues, but it does come in handy. My daughter on the other hand is a stalker.
if you are listed as a driver it is not considered permissive use. Permissive use is for non household members, with their own liability coverage being allowed to operate your vehicle.
sounds pretty close to mine, public school, gifted designation, extra curriculars and sports, 24 act not 100% on the GPA thing but they had fun in high school and did what they needed to do. Said they because I have twins that both got in.

Best advice that I got was to find out who the admission recruiter is for your area and talk to them about the best way to apply. Apparently these days you can apply without the ACT score or something, I wasn't really paying attention, but both got in!
whole foods Florist is cheap and they are good flowers! Been using them for a couple years now for school dances.
stay away from Goosehead. If you ever need to get anything done service wise from them it is always a 30-40 minute phone call. We recently switched from them to E&J Insurance, and it has been awesome so far.
we just went with Sagesure with E&J out of Sulphur, they were easy to work with and saved us over where we were!

Correct. We also don’t have Uninsured motorist coverage for property damage, only BI

incorrect, Collision coverage, or if you chose not to have collision uninsured motorist property damage covers your vehicle( UMPD up to 25k with a $250 deductible) should you get into an accident should someone with insufficient limits or no coverage hits you.
523hp around 4 seconds on the 0-60 it is the wife's car but it is the car I drive the most, we work together and take hers to the office mostt days
Make sure to wear a Tux... It is fancy up there.
I have twin 16 year old boys, carry max limits and pay about 10k a year for my vehicle insurance.

- paying off and going with all coverage but storm coverage

Carriers will likely not allow this path. All the carriers I write through will cancel the fire if you don't have wind coverage as well. If the risk is not properly insured they won't want the risk. Sure there may be a few carriers out there that do this, but unless you have enough cash in the bank to self insure there really are no great options out there.

ACV policies don't save as much money as you would have to come out of pocket for in the event of a loss. You would save a few hundred to a few thousand a year, but again you are assuming more risk.

The whole reason to have insurance, outside of the mortgage company or government requirement, is so that the risk is assumed by someone one other than yourself. If you have enough cash on hand to not have it and are fine parting ways with that cash should you have that total loss then I would say go for it! I currently pay a bit over 8k a year for my homeowners. Only reason I would ever make a claim would be in the case of a major loss, but many people out try to use their policies as a way to replace an old roof, so they don't have to pay for it, carriers are starting to crack down, and the rates are reflecting the market in our area. I know it sucks, but until people stop making claims for a thunderstorm to replace their 20 year old roof, we are going to continue to see these kinds of rates in our marketplace!
gonna guess Harahan, gonna be Orchid, at 12-15k a year or citizens at 8+k a year!
paid 44k last year and expecting an increase this year, freaking hate taxes.
currently on this as well. I have had 5 knee surgeries so working out was tough. currently down 83 lbs, I was 6'6" 355 have been able to get back into the gym, and be WAY more active. I have tried the whole eat good food thing but getting into the gym was tough. I feel so much better in general and do eat less than I used to, can even play pickup basketball at the gym with my high school aged boys again!
If they do fall your home owners would kick in. It wouldn't cover the cost to remove the trees, and fences are going to be covered at ACV not replacement. Always a good idea to look up the owner through the tax accessor site and have that conversation prior to any storm. They may just tell you to F off, but it is worth a shot.
