W was a patriot, even though I don't think he always did what was best for America. I do firmly believe he did what he thought was best for America, and that those actions came from a place of genuine compassion and concern for the security of the country.
Obama is more intellectual than Bush. But what is the value of intellect if you're using to promote policies everyone knows are counterproductive? There simply isn't a comparable nation we can strive to become via the Obama vision, because the vision is self-limiting in terms of what Americans want (world influence, economic productivity, strong defense, etc.). They're simply not compatible paradigms.

Bush destroyed this economy. He was like having a 4 year old for President.

It's alright, grammar is undoubtedly an important part to message board posting. If only a look or two into his posting history would reveal any grammar mishaps..
