Early bronco's are rust buckets. Hard to find one that's not all rusted out.
IH scouts are the same way.

19 hundred and 74. My Grandfather bought one brand new from White and Babin Ford in Winnsboro for $2,800.

The correct answer to this question is 66-77, the Early Bronco. It's an icon that is going up exponentially over the last ten years.

That said, the 78-79 is the first full size Bronco and was based on the F100 and it was sharp.

I’ve been waiting a long time for this truck, but if it looks like that I’m going to be pissed.

87 Bronco was my first truck when I turned 16. I treated that thing like it was a tank. I would love to have one again.

That looks cool. They’ll sell a lot if it looks like that. There is another concept drawing around with round headlights and a blacked out grill (looks like the late 60’s Chevy Blazer actually) that looks amazing.

It will be based on the new Ranger, so it won’t be a full sized.

That looks more like a full size, from the spy pics or pic of one covered with a sheet, it look like it is going to be smaller, which is a little disappointing to me.

For me, the OJ Broncos are where it's at.

I had 2. A 1972 and a 1982. The ‘72 was the small frame design. They are classics now and have almost a cult following. In ‘78 Ford introduced the new design Bronco on a larger frame. They had some tweaks along the way (mostly body style changes) but by and large stayed the same until they went out of production. I blame OJ for that. Ford even introduced another smaller frame model Bronco in the big Bronco era called the Bronco 2 which never really took.

You can tell tOT is filled with old guys by the fact we always seem to agree that the late 70's/80's were the pinnacle of truck design

I love the look of a 70's era truck from all 3 manufacturers

While this is true, it's hard to find any 40+ year old vehicle thats not a rust bucket.
