Dental hygienist. My father-in-law pays his girls $15K/day, meaning if they work 2 days/week they get $30K/year or if they work 3 days they get $45K/year. I don't know why my wife didn't go that route and work for her dad but instead chose to work at the nonprofit Orpheum Theatre (Memphis)

He needs her to bring $250 a week into the household. I told him to figure out a way to acquire $250 more a week in order to allow her to be a stay at home mother.

It's not quite that simple. She is dropping back to part time, so she will only be bringing in about 2k per month. Still have to pay full time day care with her working part time,
$2000-$700 = $1300 net gain for her working. If she stayed home and no day care, it would work with a little extra cash.
