Employees with unlimited PTO almost always use less PTO than employees who have a set amount.
That’s because their bosses never approve it. Unlimited PTO is a scam, and instantly a red flag if I see a company advertising that in a job posting.

unlimited PTO
This is a cultural multiplier. Bad culture? People are going to abuse it. Good culture? People will typically act like adults and use it responsibly.
In practice, I’ve encountered the “too good to be true” mentality with unlimited PTO - people afraid to take advantage of it for fear of retribution.
The rub, however, is that it doesn’t get paid out like accrued PTO if you get canned. Not a huge deal but certainly something to consider for long timers.

If something seems too good to be true there's always a shiny hook.

where I work I never bid for vacation, I just give them advance notice of when I need time off and they work with it

Airline travel for employees on partner airlines with reciprocal agreements. Not as good as it used to be, but it helps when you can schedule flights on off days.

O&G consulting here. I've been able to take clients for premium seating at the Yankees, Nationals, Phils, Penguins, NY Rangers, Wash Caps, Knicks, 76ers games. There are some I have forgotten.
Also spent several occasions at a Great Camp in the Adirondacks float plane fishing, ice fishing, and general tomfoolery.
All the above was entertaining clients. For work I've actually dove in Culebra Puerto Rico, Roosevelt Roads PR, St Croix for some Navy work.
Also went to Sint Maarten and the Bahamas a few times to site visits and meetings.

Worked at a country club in college where I bartended, manned the snack shack on the course, and was the cartboy on the lady's league day (
). I got to play golf for free during non-league days, got free dinner when I bartended in the dining room, and got free lunch when I worked the snack shack. To a poor college kid that was huge.
