They weren't comparing the 1930s to today. They are comparing today to the early-mid 90s and young people are having sex less, remaining virgins longer, watching more porn etc.
I don't really care for the Atlantic but this is pretty well done piece. They are calling it the "sex recession". There are other studies with similar results.

Damn bro you and me should share war stories. My soon to be ex (trust me none of you hardlegging mofos want pics) got dumber and fatter after 18 years of marriage. My son who I love dearly is 10 and will have to live with that nasty bitch. She don’t cook, clean or put out. Bitch got bed sores from sitting on the couch. Now I’m 42 and have to figure out how to start over.

Honestly no. She worked when we got married was never lazy. After our son was born and he started going to school it’s like she went crazy and became this lazy pile of nothing. Her family is always in our business and she can’t do squat without getting their okay first.

20-something’s without kids don’t go to church, and few churches do events for them to meet each other anymore. It’s not like back in the 60’s when all the young folks met each other at CYO dances. That doesn’t happen anymore.
