It's your own fault if you can't keep a girl interested in you for long periods of time. If she leaves you at the first hint of something else, either you suck or she wasn't really interested in you in the first place, you were just a convenient source of free meals for her.

I agree with this in the situation where both male and female deem the other party to be good looking enough to sleep with, then no, friendship can't be had, however if one party isn't on the sexual level of the other then yes friendship can be had

I was never really "friends" with ugly girls. I mean I was always the reacher but I would have nailed every girl friend for the most part and when in a relationship these "friends" are no longer around.

I've been out of that game for a while but I admit to being a shameless man whore in my single days. I actually bought a wedding ring to wear because I'd heard that some girls considered that a challenge, and that was true.
